1. Appointment Cancellation
- Patients may request cancellation of appointments by contacting the hospital through phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Appointment cancellations should be requested as early as possible to allow rescheduling for other patients.
- Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds, except under special circumstances at the hospital’s discretion.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for advance payments, if any, made towards consultation or services.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, time of cancellation, and hospital policies in force at the time of booking.
- Emergency services, diagnostic tests already performed, and treatments already initiated are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
- Any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior intimation (“no-show”), the advance payment, if any, may not be refunded.
5. Hospital-Initiated Cancellations
- In rare cases where Boss Multispeciality Hospital needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to doctor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund, as applicable.
6. Diagnostic & Treatment Services
- Payments made for diagnostic tests, procedures, or treatments that have already been performed or initiated are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Partially completed treatments may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to Policy
Boss Multispeciality Hospital reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
